"Obama Vows Dramatic Action Towards a Greener Economy"
Who: U.S. president, Barack Obama.

When: January 8th, 2009.
Why: Because right now U.S. is going through an economy crisis and Obama expects his project to help increase their production and jobs.
What: Obama anounced that after January 20, that he takes office, he will immediately start working with the Congress to get his project started. It consists in doubling the production of alternative energy, investing in technology, science, and infraestructure, modernize more than 75 percent of federal buildings and improve the energy efficiency, to save billions on energy bills for our taxpayers and consumers. Also there will be a number of good jobs that´ll pay well, so the numer of bargain will decrease and they´ll have a better, safer, and cleaner country in all aspects.
